- Select the specific item(s) you want to return.
- Provide a reason for the return, including any details to help us understand the issue.

Step 5:
Submit Your Request
- If you prefer, you can also click the ‘RETURN A PRODUCT ON BnV?‘ button located in the main footer of the website to initiate your return.

Step 6:
Wait for Our Response
- After submitting your return request, we will contact you.
- It typically takes 1-10 business days to process your return and issue a refund.

Additional Information:
- Cancel Before Shipment: If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel your order and get a refund.
- Return Eligibility: Certain items like swimwear, underwear, lingerie, earrings, cosmetics, fragrances, groceries, drugs, food supplements, software, tickets, and adult products cannot be returned unless wrong, defective, counterfeit, damaged, incomplete, or expired.
- Delivery Fees: You do not need to pay for any delivery fees when returning a product to BnV.
