Affiliate Terms

1. Introduction

Welcome to the BnV Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for participation in the affiliate program offered by BnV. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

To join the BnV Affiliate Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid bank account in Nigeria for receiving payments.
Maintain an active website, blog, or social media profile with relevant content.

BnV reserves the right to reject any affiliate application at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Registration

To become an affiliate, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate information. BnV may request additional information to verify your identity and eligibility.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

Promote BnV products and services in a truthful and ethical manner.
Use only the promotional materials provided by BnV.
Ensure that your website, blog, or social media profiles do not contain inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.
Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations, including but not limited to advertising and consumer protection laws.

5. Affiliate Links

BnV will provide you with unique affiliate links to track sales generated through your referrals. You are responsible for ensuring that these links are used correctly on your platforms.

6. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a commission of 2% for every product sold through their unique affiliate links. Commissions will only be paid on completed sales, excluding cancellations or returns.

7. Payment

Payments will be made weekly. Payments will be made via bank transfer to your Nigerian bank account. BnV is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank for receiving payments.

8. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:

Engaging in any form of spamming or unsolicited marketing.
Using misleading or deceptive practices to generate sales.
Bidding on BnV-related keywords in pay-per-click campaigns.
Promoting BnV on websites or platforms that contain illegal, offensive, or harmful content.
Manipulating the affiliate program to earn commissions fraudulently.

Violations of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.

9. Termination

BnV reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all affiliate links and promotional materials provided by BnV.

10. Intellectual Property

All promotional materials, logos, and content provided by BnV remain the property of BnV. Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting BnV products and services.

11. Limitation of Liability

BnV will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program. You agree to indemnify and hold BnV harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Amendments

BnV reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
