A warranty guarantees that if a product issue arises through no fault of the customer, the product can be repaired or replaced. Warranties are available on select brands and products.
How to Activate Your Warranty

Your product may still be returnable without using the warranty. Please check our Return Policy for detailed information.
- Over 7 Days Since Delivery and the Product Has No Warranty
We will be unable to cover such items, and you will be responsible for the cost of repair.

- If my product is within warranty duration, do I need to pay for repairs?
If your product is still under warranty and experiences mechanical or electrical damage, you won’t need to worry about the repair costs. You will be covered.
- If my product is out of warranty duration, do I need to pay for repairs?
If your product is no longer under warranty, you will be responsible for the repair costs. We recommend having the product repaired at a manufacturer-authorized service center for better quality services.
